The unlearning journal came at a perfect time in my Leadership position. Am going through a massive transition where there’s a lot of unlearning, letting go and growth that needs to happen. This tool allows me to navigate my feelings and emotions in a way that feels comfortable & less overwhelming. I used to be the person that strives to be perfect and always expect other people to change in a way that is beneficial to myself. Now I have a tool that is teaching me to learn by Unlearning all the habits and behaviors that are no longer serving me. And, on top of that I have the Unlearning Queen Zanele Njapha on speed dial and the Unlearning Circle to help me with my unlearning journey. It’s been a great learning process and I must say that as a Leader it makes my role feel a little lighter.
