Terms & Conditions – Online Purchases

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through www.theunlearners.com (“the Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.


1. Product Information

The 90-Day UnLearning Journal and any related products are sold subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).


2. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are clearly displayed on the Website.

Courier fees are for the customer’s account and will be calculated and added at checkout based on delivery location.

Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing at the time of checkout will apply to your order.


3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

The UnLearners reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy.

Courier fees are payable by the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by The Courier Guy and may vary depending on location and external factors.

The UnLearners is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete.


5. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with The UnLearners until full payment has been received.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Description of the issue

Where valid, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of printed products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The incorrect product was supplied

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

If a return is approved, items must be returned unused and in original condition.


8. International Orders

For international deliveries:

  • Shipping fees are for the customer’s account
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery timelines may vary

The UnLearners is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by foreign authorities.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The UnLearners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa).


10. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or distribute customer information to third parties except as required for delivery and payment processing.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
