Here are three practices to help you navigate identity shifts:

1. The “Who I Am” Activity:
Create four columns — Who I am, What I have, How I look, Key people in my life.
Fill them in backwards and then return to “Who I am” without repeating anything from the other columns.

2. Take stock of your learnings:
Ask yourself daily: “What did today teach me?”

3. Ask a better question:
Instead of asking “Who am I?” ask “Who am I now?”

You are not fixed. You are evolving.

And your work is to hold space for yourself as you let go of who you used to be, so you can become who you are now.
