The first step is to run an honest environment audit. This is not just about what is around you, but what your environment is calling forth from you on a daily basis.
Consider the people you spend time with, the conversations you engage in, the content you consume, and the physical spaces you occupy. Each of these elements is constantly stimulating thoughts, emotions, and behaviours within you.
Ask yourself: Is this environment energising me and moving me forward, or is it draining me and keeping me stuck? The answer to this question will reveal more than any goal-setting exercise ever could.
Many of us underestimate how subtle these influences can be. A passing comment, a recurring conversation, or even the layout of a space can shape how we think and how we show up.
When you begin to notice these patterns, you gain power. Because awareness allows you to choose differently, rather than unconsciously repeating what your environment is reinforcing.
